This website offers the sale of cosmetic products and beauty equipment, as well as the booking of professional beauty services. By making a purchase or booking, the customer agrees to the terms described below.
Terms and Conditions - basic notions
– Shipments are made throughout the national territory through certified carriers.
– The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, except in the event of stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
– We do not accept returns of cosmetic products, except in cases of shipping errors, duly proven.
– We only accept returns of aesthetic devices, and exclusively in the event of damage or damage visible upon receipt.
– The customer must report the problem within a maximum period of 3 working days after delivery, with a photographic record of the product and packaging. After analysis, the item will be refunded or replaced, as applicable.
Terms of Aesthetic Services
– Services provided in our space must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
– The reservation will only be considered valid upon confirmation by the establishment and, where applicable, after receipt of proof of payment.
– Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside this period or absences without prior notice imply the loss of the scheduled session, without the right to a refund.
– The results of aesthetic treatments may vary depending on individual skin characteristics, lifestyle and adherence to post-treatment guidelines.
– Failure to follow the recommendations provided may compromise the results and is not a valid reason for returns or compensation.
– We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule an appointment if medical or dermatological contraindications are identified that put the client’s health at risk.
