Refund Policy

Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, *we do not accept returns of cosmetic products, personal care products or any items that have been opened or used*, except in the case of a manufacturing defect detected upon receipt.

If the product has any visible defect or is damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact us within a maximum period of 3 working days after receipt, with photos of the item and packaging, to assess the situation. If the refund is approved, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Equipment and Devices

The return of devices or equipment (aesthetic apparatus) will only be accepted if:

– It is communicated within a maximum period of 3 working days after delivery
– The product has not been used
– Evidence of defect or damage is presented when opening the packaging

After analyzing and validating the complaint, the customer may choose to have the amount paid refunded or to have the item replaced, depending on stock availability.

Application Procedure

All requests for refunds or replacements must be made by email, indicating the order number, description of the problem and attaching clear images of the product and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet the criteria set out in this policy.
