Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

Orders are sent via duly certified carriers, with tracking number whenever applicable. The customer will be informed by email or message at the time of shipment.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time varies between 2 and 5 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be extended in periods of high demand, stock shortages or exceptional situations beyond our responsibility, such as strikes or delays by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of finalizing the order, based on weight, volume and destination. In promotional campaigns, shipping may be offered subject to a minimum purchase value.

Delivery Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect address, prolonged absence or unjustified refusal may incur additional reshipping costs.

Damaged Orders

If the packaging shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, the customer must refuse the order and report the incident within 24 hours, preferably with a photograph of the packaging. If the order is accepted with visible damage, it will be necessary to send the images and report by email for analysis.

Delivery Failures

If the order is not delivered within the expected time, the customer must contact us so that we can open a process with the carrier and find an appropriate solution.
